Creating space, cultivating connection & laughgasms

3 Reflections From My Week

1.

Stepping away from work, and even thinking about it, for an extended time creates space for receptivity. It’s in that space where spontaneous moments of magic and miracles unfold, beyond planned outcomes and the limits of a linear life

2.

Intimacy can’t exist without vulnerability. Sometimes that means saying, “No,” or “Ouch that hurt”. These moments are where connection gets a chance to happen, and where you find out if the other person can meet you there.

3.

Doing the deep inner work is life changing and so is laughing your ass off and having fun.

2 Questions For You

When was the last time you laughed so hard your belly hurt?

How much space are you intentionally creating, for play, rest, and simply being with life?

1 Thing I’m Obsessed With

Dr. Berg’s junk food meter helped me to clean out my pantry and fridge last week. It’s free and so easy to use.

Just scan a barcode or take a pic of the nutrition facts, and boom, you see where on the scale that item falls on the junk food scale.

Big love,
Po

P.S. His exhale though 😂
