The Weekly Dose: Nice vs kind, acceptance as love & how to enter into the work
3 Reflections From My Week
1.
When you try to fix, save, or rescue others by being nice, you block the full potential of the relationship, whether it’s with a friend, employee, or partner.
But when you’re kind, it can unlock trust, deepen connection, and invite the introspection (and evolution) that comes from being a mirror.
Kindness = truth + compassion = clean truth-telling
2.
Acceptance is one the deepest expressions of love.
We try to control each other to avoid our own discomfort. But the freedom we really desire comes from surrendering and trusting life.

3.
The way you enter the work is just as important as the way you do the work.
If you enter with all-or-nothing thinking, you’ll end up disappointed and judging yourself for not doing or being enough.
But if you enter the work celebrating every single 1% insight and shift, you’ll open yourself to the endless possibilities ahead.
