  • A 2.5- hour experience that weaves together the heart-opening medicine of ceremonial cacao, the healing frequencies of alchemical sound bowls, and gently expanding your consciousness through microdosing.


    What's Included:

    • Ceremonial cacao and an optional mushroom microdose or blue lotus tincture

    • 75-minute alchemical sound bowl journey with gentle breathwork and guidance

    • Fresh fruit provided after the journey

    • Group sharing and reflection time

    It blends plant medicine, expert facilitation, alchemical sound healing, cacao, gentle breathwork, and integration support.

    The mid-dose approach allows for more presence and embodiment than a macro-dose, while still offering the powerful and intelligent support of plant medicine.

    Every detail is designed with your safety, comfort, and transformation in mind—from dosing to environment to facilitation.

How do you customize the experiences?

The head of the group will have a call with Po to clarify your group’s intention, allowing her to tailor the experience specifically to your group’s vision.

Can plant medicine be apart of the retreat?

Yes, microdosing or plant medicine journeys can be intentionally included to support your group’s expansion. Participation is optional and only for those without contraindications.

Wellness offerings to deepen your retreat experience

For retreats, options include yoga, meditation, somatic practices, breathwork, sound healing, massage, acupuncture, coaching sessions, strategy sessions, and more.

Travel fee outside of Miami

$250 per hour
