Taking the time out for Po's microdosing retreat was one of the most powerful moments of my year, both personally and professionally. I loved how much spaciousness there was, but how profound each of the exercises felt, so that the space given felt rich, nourishing, and like I was able to fully process and land as each layer of what I was working on peeled back and exposed more for me to release and understand.

Who can join this retreat?
This is a women's (and women-identifying) retreat.
This retreat is designed for those who want to:
Feel comfortable and juicy in their own skin, reclaim their power and confidence, and embody their most authentic and fully expressed self.
Awaken to their next level of freedom and receivership.
Connect in-person and cultivate community. (Bonus byproduct: possibly heal sisterhood wounds. We all have them.)
Can my female (or female identifying) spouse/partner attend?
Because this is a time to focus on you, it is recommended that your spouse/partner does not attend but I trust your inner wisdom to decide if it feels aligned or not.
What if I'm new to microdosing and feeling nervous?
If you're nervous about microdosing, I want to reassure you that it's normal, especially given the stigma attached to psychedelic medicine.
That being said, microdosing is safe. Research has shown that mushrooms are even safer than cannabis.
Microdosing is extremely gentle and subtle, yet profoundly impactful. Many people say, “I don’t feel anything” and then experience a breakthrough.
During the retreat, I will teach you how to intentionally and effectively microdose, support you in choosing the right dose, and guide the group in a microdosing practice every morning.
If you decide you want to stop at any time, that’s absolutely no problem. We honor your needs, voice, and asking for exactly what you need.
Do I have to microdose to participate?
Microdosing is completely optional. The retreat will be deeply healing on its own.
You can also decide during the retreat. Just give us a heads up on the reservation form.
Are there microdosing contraindications?
Yes, we do not recommend microdosing if you:
Are bi-polar
Are schizophrenic
Take litium
Have severe cardiovascular disease you will not be able to microdose
Are breastfeeding
Is there a maximum number of participants?
Yes, to ensure an intimate experience, we are limiting the retreat to a maximum of 11 participants.
What's the refund and cancellation policy?
The $1000 deposit is nonrefundable. If you are unable to attend this retreat, you can transfer your place to a friend, but your deposit and the full price of the retreat are non-refundable. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a transfer.
Can I save money if I pay via my bank account?
Yes, if you pay via ACH with your bank account, you will avoid paying the 3% credit card service fee.

How do I get to the property?
You can take a taxi. It’s about 20 mins from the airport.
Is animal protein included in the meals?
Yes it is.
What if I have food allergies?
We will need to know what your allergies are ahead of time so we can give the chef time to prepare.
